يَأْهُلُ , inf. n. أُهُولٌ; (Msb;) or أُهِلَ,
like عُنِىَ; (K, TA;) It (a place, Msb, TA) was,
or became, peopled, or inhabited. (Msb, K, TA.)

with the disjunctive alif اِتَّهَلَ, like ٱتَّخَذَ and ٱتَّزَرَ
